Everything is a result of what I choose to do or not do. Nothing and no one could make me do things better (or worse), more than what I believe I can do.

If self love is about embracing what I deserve and feeling good about myself, then self respect is about growing and allowing myself to build the right attitude while shaping the right mindset, firmly and faithfully.

Just like self love, self respect is earned by keep showing up and not failing myself or betraying my decisions for whatever the reason might be.

I used to wish that we could see love and commitment as tools to grow our characters into our best version.

But now I realized, none of it matters in the end.

Growth is a personal thing. No one can force or take it away from me or you. And our best version might be very different as well.

For me, rather than being stucked into a mediocre life for stability, I choose to be challenged, experience changes, and be alive more, however the way is.

I'm not looking for a better person, but yes I'm looking forward for a better me. Always.”

By acknowledging that I feel defeated, I gave credit to my fights. It shows that I actually have chosen to fight and giving my best to find a solution.

It does let me know that I was beaten up, but I am never a failure cause I've tried. And it gives me a chance to accept my lost with dignity and walk away to start new. Isn't that what you do? Cause that's what I did. I had put a good fight.

And when everything that I've done could not change a thing, I could let go somehow, knowing that I have given my best.

And the truth is, none of us ever really alone, if only we could see things differently. Just because people don't understand us, doesn't mean they didn't try to, and doesn't mean that they didn't try to be there for us.

Many times we are at the right place, the right time, with the right people. It's just we see to the wrong direction.”

I simply see anyone who are still alive till this time, as one that is still trying to be happy and be alive with his/her own ways for his/her own reasons. Otherwise, he/she won't be here right now lol.

Neither do I try to compare my life with anyone's. I'm just feeling grateful with what I have, how far that I've walked this life, and hopeful for what I will become.

To really focus on how best I could live and be, without the needs to compare, other than with the life that I had yesterday.”

Maybe it is true that when we are looking, somehow the universe will give the way to the answers.

These past few years, we've met and talked with random strangers, mostly accidentally, and somehow each of them opened the door for us to new things and just like connecting dots, leading us to see life much differently.

The kind of life and freedom level that we didn't know exist before, the kind of mental strength that one could achieve, and the level of understanding of life that we won't get without being really open minded and left our ego behind.

Lately I have met some people who were being told to only have their lives for few years or months more, and flipped their life back, survived and even live much better now. Yes they changed their lifestyle and do all the efforts.

However, there is one simple similar message that they always tell me in the end;

Make time to design your life, don't wait until you have to do it for survival reason. Don't start living to survive death. Start living to enjoy the life that you have always want to have.

And I guess they were right.

It doesn't come to you like magic instantly, well..sometimes it is in special case, but let's just take the majority that it comes in progress.

The point is, once you set your mind over few goals that you really want, and say it to the universe in a complete way, you've also made your whole mind and body focus into those goals. And your whole attitude will be changed to fit whatever needed to achieve that goals.

The deal is only one; as long as you really want it and mean it with your whole heart. Means that you have to really be clear and honest about yourself, about what you want, and your goals first. Then set your attitude and be ready to do things to achieve them.

Once you've set up them all, you'll see some changes in you and the way you behave, and soon on your achievements.
