For all of the feelings I refuse to deny, and all of the memories I refuse to forget.
I won’t pretend like you are no one to me when people asked me about you. I’ll tell them you are someone to me. More someone than all of them who thought they were someone to me.
I won’t pretend like I don’t need you when you are not around. I’ll say it truthfully that
“People talk about living in the moment like it is some kind of goal. What does that mean?”
“I think it means you are not being weighed down by the things that you are thinking you should be doing.”
“Oh c'mon. That is impossible. There is no such thing as that.”
“I mean, like while you were singing, you didn’t feel it?”
“Feel what?”
“Like, while you were singing, that was all that existed. Like all your worries just dissapear.”
“People can spend their whole lives doing that. Waiting for that feeling. Trying to find that feeling over and over. And in the end, everybody gets it. We wait our whole lives for something and we get it. And you know what it is?”
“Happiness?”
“It’s Death.”
“Do you love me?” I looked at him.
He looked at me warmly and answered, “Very much.”
“How much?” I asked him again.
“Verrrryyyy much!” He took me to his arms and hugged me tightly.
“If one day we have to say goodbye, what will you remember of me?” I asked again while letting him to hug me.
And you put a kaleidoscope on my eyes. “So you could always see the world not only in different ways, but also in much richer colors and sparks. The blurry and vivid colors that you love, in a much better version of mine ;)”
I’m attracted to ones that are a little off. Ones that don’t provide all of the answers. Ones that couldn’t be completely owned. Ones that couldn’t be completely understood. And ones that don't require explanation all the time.
I'm attracted to the rarest one.
People say, women love to play with codes. I don’t. But I love to play with destiny.
I don’t always tell what I think or feel. But I do write them mostly. If you read them, then you are destined to. If you don’t, then it is what it is.
